Return Policy for standard harnesses, collars, leads and cards:
If you've changed your mind and are looking to return an order that isn't damaged or faulty, returns are only accepted if the product is not damaged or soiled. For cards, these will need to be unopened and in its original packaging for full refund.
If this is the case, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery and we will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to return. Return postage unfortunately will not be covered.
Return Policy for Dog Tags, Pet Bowls and Custom Dog Harnesses:
As these are made to order, we are not able to offer exchanges, returns and refunds but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective or a name is spelt incorrectly, we cannot accept returns.
However, if you wish to cancel your order, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy before the item is printed for a full refund.
